This year all Jog With Your Dog entrants will receive a one month dog park membership at VHA...and the first 100 dogs to cross the finish line will receive the finisher medal shown above!!
This is our seventh year as a "dog friendly" race sponsored by, Veterinary Healthcare Associates . The "Jog With Your Dog" event was approximately one mile long and starts in front of the Winter Haven Public Library The course is "dog-friendly" in that we have a "water stop" right at the half-way point, along with a big tub of water at the end. Course map coming soon. Only one dog per runner/walker and all dogs must be on a leash at all times. Entrants were provided complimentary "poop sacks" just in case nature calls during the run. Participants are responsible for keeping their dog under control and cleaning up afterwards (if necessary). Entrants who pre-registered receive a long-sleeve T-shirt.
